PassPlay
Terms of Service
Effective July 28, 2026 · PassPlay is operated by DashSquared ("we", "us"), Phoenix, Arizona.
1. What PassPlay is (and isn't)
PassPlay is an independent, supplemental study aid for professional licensing exams. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or approved by any state agency, department of insurance or real estate, NMLS, PSI, Pearson VUE, or any exam administrator. Our practice questions are original works keyed to publicly published exam outlines — they are never actual exam questions. Using PassPlay does not guarantee you will pass any exam, and PassPlay is not a substitute for any state-required pre-licensing education.
2. Your account and access
Access is granted per person via login credentials or, once checkout launches, per purchase. Don't share credentials or resell access. We may revoke access that is abused (automated scraping, redistribution of content, or attacks on the service) — with a refund of any unused purchase if we do.
3. Purchases
Packs are one-time purchases priced in US dollars, processed by Stripe. Prices can change, but a price you already paid never retroactively changes what you bought. Refunds are governed by our refund policy — 30 days, no questions asked.
4. The games and rewards
Tokens, chips, and collectibles in PassPlay are earned by studying, can never be purchased, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for anything outside the app. They are entertainment, not currency, and not gambling.
5. AI features
The "Ask Sage" tutor uses a third-party AI service to generate answers (identified in the app next to the input box). AI answers can be wrong — verify anything important against your official study materials. Your questions and weak-topic names are sent to the AI service to generate the answer; your identity and scores are not.
6. Content accuracy
Every shipping question is human-reviewed, and the review date is shown in the app. If you believe an item is wrong, report it via support — disputed items are pulled from rotation while we re-verify them. Exam formats, fees, and rules change; the exam administrator's official bulletin is always the authority.
7. Disclaimers and limits
PassPlay is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to PassPlay is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including exam outcomes.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app or by email, and continued use after a change is acceptance. Arizona law governs. Questions: PassPlay support.
