Works routinely inside regulated constraints: NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and HIPAA experience, applied as design inputs rather than as a compliance pass at the end. Builds the secure-AI and retrieval architectures — access-scoped retrieval, audit logging, and NIST AI RMF-aligned governance.

Leads the GIS and Salesforce practice and runs delivery. Models spatial and CRM data around how an organization actually operates, then makes sure the same records drive the map, the CRM, and the reports without re-keying.

Also owns the adoption layer. Instructional design is not an afterthought here — a system nobody understands is a system nobody uses, so training, explainers, and staff-facing documentation are built alongside the software.
